"One Michelin star Ramen?" What is the secret of "Tsuta" Ramen restaurant

How do you think the world's first Michelin-starred ramen taste?

This time, I would like to write down the impressions, directions, how to get the ticket when I have been to try the ramen at the shop "Tsuta".

1. My Impression of Tsuta Ramen

Photo: The Soy Sauce Ramen of "Tsuta" I tasted

I ordered this Soy Sauce Soba Ramen which is the most popular menu in this shop. The Ramen soup impression will make you feel hungry to begin your tasting with a spoonful of broth.

The smell looks like harmonizing beautiful soups (Based on original 2 years aging Soy Sauce made in Wakayama Prefecture, the soup contains white Soy Sauce made in Nagano Prefecture with clams, beefs, dry matter, dish issued a scent to match the out of vegetables, etc.)

Tsuta's noodles, which the staff makes in-house, are also very unique because they are made with whole-wheat flour (The mixture of bread flour made in Hokkaido Prefecture and all-purpose flour made in Tochigi Prefecture with original whole eggs and natural lye water made in Inner Mongolia). Those produce supreme collaboration between soups and noodles!

I was surprised to eat collaboration between Ramen and the black truffle oil, which was like a French dish. The toppings (The boiled egg's and the thick-cut menma) was satisfying firm.

Inside the store, there are nice furnishings such as dishes and seasoning are clean and tidy, and a letter of commendation from ramen competition, and a trophy from Michelin Guide Tokyo 2015-2016.

Also, on the wall, the prize which ranked first in 2013 was eaten in the general election of ramen, and it was understood that it received evaluation from various related companies.

Waiting time: Be careful! Tickets are issued at around 7 a.m. every day with 6 kinds of time slots (there are colors such as blue and yellow). When I went to pick up a ticket at 7 o'clock on weekdays I got three tickets to enter from 13 o'clock, and at the same time I paid 1,000 yen for a deposit, which means I paid 3000 yen for 3 people. After that, when three people started to line up at 13 o'clock in front of the store, about 20 people were lined up in front of the store.. We waited for a single customer preferentially passing through the shop from there 1 hour, finally entering the store and having meal was around 14:15. I recommend going to pick up tickets around 6:30 pm and arranging tickets from 11 o'clock when you can get tickets from 11 o'clock. (· ·;)
